The Western Michigan Club Softball Program has been placed on probation for at least the remainder of the 2025-2026 NCSA Season for violation of NCSA Rule 19.01.0. They forfeited 2 conference games during Week 2 of the NCSA Season.

District I should be a really competitive District in 2025-2026. Rutgers is new to District I after moving to Division II, and an influx of new teams such as Lehigh and SUNY New Paltz are looking to shake things up.
