Kerrigan Larkin

District III Conference Coordinator

E-mail: [email protected]

Kerrigan Larkin was born and raised in Marietta, GA. She began playing softball at the age of 5 and it has been part of her life ever since. She fell in love with playing the game and eventually the coaching side of the game as well. Many summers were spent at the ball field playing or cheering on her sister’s team.

Kerrigan attended Kennesaw State University where she played on the club softball team. She became a core member of the team at 1st base and 3rd base. She was the team's treasurer for two years, the team's president for one year, and the coach for an additional year. She helped to grow the program over her four years. When she joined in 2019, only four people were coming to practice and they were struggling to have at least nine girls show up for games. By the time she graduated in 2023 more than twelve girls were showing up to practice and there was competition and practice team due to increased interest. Being a part of the team enriched her college experience and gave her many life-long friendships.

Kerrigan graduated from Kennesaw State University with a BS in biology. She is now back in school at KSU working towards a Master of Science in Integrative Biology and is a teaching assistant leading BIOL 1107 labs.

Kerrigan is grateful for the time she spent playing in the NCSA and is excited to be the District III Conference Coordinator for Division II.
