The NCSA has opened New Team Registration for the 2024-2025 NCSA season. New teams can be guaranteed a spot in the NCSA if they sign up on or before July 31st.
In order to join new teams need to sign the League Participation Agreement and pay the one-time new team registration fee.

With the Early Registration Discount ending on April 15th, Washington University in St. Louis took advantage of the New Team Fee savings and officially joined the NCSA for the 2024-2025 season! The NCSA is excited to welcome the Bears who join Youngstown State University, University of St. Thomas, Yale University, University of New Mexico and Nova Southeastern University as the new teams for ’24-’25.

The NCSA Roster Freeze is April 1st. After that date, no players can be added to NCSA rosters. It is essential for teams to go online to the NCSA website and confirm their rosters are accurate since there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
Teams are encouraged to go the TEAMS page, find their team, then select “Team Roster.” This is their official team roster. Teams should check, then double check that all players are listed that should be listed. Since the roster removal period has ended, no players can be removed, but players can be added up until their roster has reached 25 players or April 1st has passed.

The NCSA allows teams to remove up to 8 players from their roster for any reason during the week long period of February 21-28. This can provide teams to opportunity for more roster flexibility for the spring portion of the season. Teams do NOT need to remove players if they do not wish to. Again, this is simply an opportunity for teams to gain more roster spots to add new players if they don’t have the room to otherwise do so. The roster maximum is 25 players.
If a team does wish to remove players, they must submit a signed document listing the players they would like to remove. The document needs to be signed by two team officers and their faculty advisor (i.e. Club Sports Director).
The NCSA does not require a certain format for the player removal document, nor do they have a sample to provide teams.

New Paltz will be placed in District II North, and the teams they will compete against are St. Joe’s, Villanova, Temple, Lock Haven, and Lafayette. The NCSA is thrilled to have New Paltz in the NCSA Division II this season!
The NCSA is happy to announce Eastern Washington University to Division I for the 2023-24 season! EWU will be placed in the Pacific North region, and the teams they will compete against are Oregon, Washington State, Boise State, and Gonzaga. The NCSA is thrilled to have EWU in the NCSA Division I this season!

York will be placed in District II South, and the teams they will compete against are GWU, GMU, Georgetown, Salisbury, Stevenson, and Loyola-Maryland. The NCSA has partnered with Officials Unlimited (OU) to help provide their services to all NCSA member teams. OU has been involved directly with the CollClubSports and the NCSA for numerous years now, as they have helped assign umpires for many NCSA events. Throughout that time OU has made contact with hundreds of officials all around the country.
