Both Grand Valley State and the University of Florida have been placed on probation resulting from “conducting the softball operations of their team in a manner not considered acceptable by NCSA standards.” a violation of NCSA 17.01.0.  Consequently neither team will be eligible for an At-Large Bid to the World Series in 2013.
